This document serves to formalize the agreement between us, clearly outlining the terms and conditions we have mutually agreed upon. It is intended to ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities and expectations, providing a framework for a smooth and professional collaboration.

1.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that hair is freshly washed and blow-dried with no products or straightening for both the wedding day and any trial appointments. This does not apply to blow-dry styling.

1.2. The client must provide a suitable workspace, including adequate space, lighting, access to electrical outlets, and a mirror.

2. Liability

2.1. Any allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to the service.

2.2. The client releases Siân Hair from liability for any allergic reactions or complications arising from the service.

3. Payment

3.1. A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date.

3.2. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding day.

3.3. Trials are payable on the day of the appointment.

3.4. A £100 assistant fee applies for larger bridal parties.5. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.

4.2. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the client being responsible for the full payment.

4.3. The agreed-upon price remains unchanged if members of the bridal party or guests cancel.

4.4. In the event that Siân is unable to fulfil the booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to arrange for a qualified replacement. If no replacement is available, or if the client declines the substitute, a refund will be issued.

5. Travel

5.1. Travel is charged at 85p per mile from G71.

5.2. A round trip exceeding 3 hours may incur a surcharge or require an overnight stay.

5.3. Any parking fees incurred will be charged to the client.

6. Photography & Media

6.1. Photos and videos may be taken during the service and used for promotional and advertising purposes.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By signing your booking agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this bridal hairstyling contract.
